Open HandBrake and select the file you want at prompt (e.g. first episode of the season)
Now Toggle Presets (top right menu) and select the preset you want to convert to (e.g. iphone & ipod touch)
Ensure the destination is where you want it (e.g. Desktop)
Now click Show Queue
Now click Add To Queue and it should appear (in this example, episode 1)
Now click Source and select the next video (e.g. the second episode)
Now click Add to Queue and you'll see it appear in the Queue list under the first one. It will encode using the same original
preset you selected for episode 1.
Now repeat (Source -> Add to Queue) until all episodes/videos are queued and then press start.
(You can close the main window and leave the queue window open if you want).
